Also a Perth based company WSA - Western Area's Nickel - just completed a SPP that was sacled back in a much better way to reward the larger retail holders of the stock. They also increased the size of the SPP offer by 50% to accommodate this.

If a shareholder had a 5,578 holding at the SPP record date - then they got  -  7,500 (Full $15,000 Allocation @ $2.00)
Similar  2,500  -   3,362  and
1,000  -  1,345

The TOX directors should take some careful note of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also this means that WSA & the share registry  will have  much less cash  from the interest earned on the scaled back funds in limbo - to splash for the Capital Raising Completion Party...

But hey, I still hope to get an invite to it!
