Refer to Nidrac's recent post re cadmium levels. Also from the article you quoted I don't see a decision in the short term. The advantage for AEV would be if the phosphate mined at Gadde Bissik were treated using JDC Phosphate's IHP process - the cadmium levels would be below the 20mg level and therefore would place AEV in a favourable position among North African producers. However this is not a quick run thing.
