$100m valuation obviously is way too rich - That is in USD too.
Pretty sure at this stage the money won't paid back and should be converted into jdc equity. Interesting to see what that $2m USD adds to avenira's ownership of jdc.
Good news that the spp is "underwritten" without discount.
Tempting to buy more, particularly at under 8.4c
