You are mostly correct ram ... I am intellectually lazy and didn't get all my facts in order ... BUT they disclosed their substantial holding (>5%) on the the 6th Sept and SHJ plummeted 20 days later.
My contempt for the analysts who undertook this trade is still, unfortunately - they have $70,000 of my hard-earned - active as the accountancy methodology used by Shine (WIP i.e. work in progress) and by Slater and Gordons was blown away by ASIC .... and the subsequent class action against SGH was easily won ... it was obvious to all but CDM that SHJ were the next cab off the class action rank!
That is my beef ... not to mention the abysmal share price performance overall.
And now the audacity to do a cr!!! ... give me a break!
