for starters, they bought $6m not $10m;
then, they started buying mid June, not "mere days" before the class action, and by the way, even after the recent drop SHJ is still up ~20% since mid-June;
note, i'm not defending the company, but if you're bagging them please get your facts straight, otherwise there's not much merit to your post at all.
