The legal way is first a company anns about the SPP results, due today according to timetable, then the shares will be in the accounts the following day. If anyone already got the issued shares then the company is in breach of ASX rules.
Access, are you sure you really got them, especially when you are estimating the issue price which should have been stated in your confirmation email.
It would be great if fully subscribed or at least underwritten by Bell Potter but that hasn't been announced. Bell is just mentioned as lead manager, but why are they needed for an all sh - SPP isn't clear to me.
I did not participate in this one as I wanted to see sh reaction first in case it is not fully subscribed and there is no underwriter. Should the sp go up - happy, if not saved some $ for lower price - happy as well.
