Have to be a bit careful when reading the 4C. The * next to the 4 in means read the note below. The note says that income during that quarter is not expected in the next due to it including a tax refund. It then states that capital raising is being investigated to keep the company operating. So there wasn't 4 quarters worth of cash remaining. Hence the raise now. Looks like enough cash to get to end of year. Hopefully data by then to lift the price for the next raise.

A lot of the employment cost was paying staff for shares or bonuses lost by leaving previous employer. This is common in the Staes when headhunting professionals from high performing positions. These payments end soon, they are detailed in a previous financial report and called forfeiture payments (I think, of the top of my head). The cost of getting the right people into the right positions.

I believe the CHM has its turn at ASCO today. I wonder if there is anything new?
