Are you sure you’re eligible for the SPP? My understanding is those shares you bought on the 18th didn’t go on the register until they settled on the 20th.
It would be a first in my experience for a company to announce an SPP and allow someone be able to buy one share on the same day as the announcement so they could participate in the discounted SPP.
