They’ve made it tiny because it was the only SPP that was oversubscribed - the others have all been gross shortfalls.
2020 they capped it at $30,000 seeking a $1m - they took oversubscriptions up to $1.2m
It’s actually pretty much identical to the 2020 institutional + spp just half the price & twice the stock - 160m @ $0.05 VS 73m @ $0.10
