Depends what you meant by accepting "oversubscriptions" in this context.
If you meant the SPP being oversubscribed (target was $1.5M was it?), I'd guess that they'd take your whole $30k (won't scale back). That's just a guess, though.
It read like your were referring to personally subscribing over the max $30k, though?
I believe that'd be in breach of ASIC rules, as there is no prospectus with the SPP. Worth checking with your broker.
