If you consider this bad news then that's the last of it.
I had mentioned this before so please note that many companies and (my guess) the NBN can't deal with companies that have qualified accounts.
Can you imagine questions in Parliament??
The business would have IMHO come out of qualification via the normal course if business, the problem was this would have been too late to tender for NBN who are in a mad rush.

I said my prediction 1c+ may be a little late but once the news starts to flow (like TV this week) people will start to take notice.
