Company has decided not to proceed with the “Top-Up Placement” as described in the SPP documentation as a result of market conditions at this time.
I view this as the company has opted to source any possible remaining funding gap through other potentially non-dillutove measures and if another CR is needed to fill the small gap later down the track they have come to their sense that is doesn’t need to be done now at such small SP levels
