the spp states that the company has the right to terminate subscribers before the end date if the app is over subscribed.
This is rather draconian!!
especially for those people receiving the forms by post all the way from WA in these uncertain times
On one occasion I received my application form and BPay codes thee weeks after the closure date!!!
