Im no expert....I think AXE will take the excess on the $3m and use it wisely. Part of the purpose of the CR exercise is to assess the shareholder appetite for a CR and assess the markets appetite for a SP of 60c.
My two cents...Ill be buying more....in fact just floated the $$ with the wife!
