under ASX listing rules a cap of $30k applies. So it isnt really a guesture of equitable distribution... more a requirement imposed by ASX.
it is a small raise and I suspect will be oversubscribed. I think they would be silly not to accept all applications to the extent they can under ASX capacity limitations.
