I actually like the fact that AXE are going it alone with this SPP. Ultimately brokers skim a lot of cream from the raise with distribution & underwriting costs. That is SH & company cream in actuality. So why not raise 3 million and possibly more and allow SH to have a greater investment in this promising company ?
