Yes on a lighter note, if someone is not finding value they should not purchase.
However price is often subjective, apart from the value based on finances there are markups such as emotional attachments and hope.
How does one value hope and attachment?
Remember the movie " The Castle" , no price was good enough for his home, he just did not want to sell.
