Wow this is bordering on flat out lying in my opinion.
The term sheet (posted in the other thread) said it was for professional and sophisticated 708’s only and that if you were Retail holder you should delete it.
It now appears NOBODY was interested even at a 33% discount and with oodles of free options so now they’re saying “oh we’re going to reward loyal shareholders”.
So bad it should be parody, but it isn’t.
