Hey I love a good spreadsheet.
However, you may find that all those conditions for scale back are mostly there to persuade those shareholders not to sell their existing holdings and buy back in via the SPP/Rights.
The practice is to go the simpler route. ie Do I want to field shareholders complaining that the calculation on your spreadsheet has dudded me? The answer is no.
Maybe if you can point out a stock outside the ASX200 that has taken your existing shareholding into account when doing a scale back
