I agree burner_7. That is my base case for how this is most likely to play out. I think Mark will want to hang on until there is meaningful and lasting success for which he can (and should) claim credit . It may then take a catalyst or two for him to accept a different role - hopefully a positive catalyst (such as substantial growth attracting greater institutional interest/ownership on the registry that demands greater professionalism) and not because of the market getting fed up.

How are you getting to figures that get you to that market cap eg $100m. I see upside but not 5 to 10x unless you’re looking a long long way into the future?
