One scenario we haven't discussed here is the possibility that the seniors product could qualify for government funding through aged care service providers. Where necessary services/devices to assist older people to remain living at home longer are heavily funded by both state and federal governments.
If the "contract" was something relative to that in nature then one wouldn't even bat an eyelid at the extended period of time it's taking to get a deal signed off.
