Hi kickit2me - I really like that another product is added to the Spacetalk stable. From a business perspective it is good to have more than one product to market. We already have the school business and Spacetalk kids watches, so this is a great addition to the business imho.
I like the 4g and waterproof models coming out for both kid's and senior's watch. Highly significant. Waterproof is very necessary in the senior's space, as the device will be useful to wear in the shower, a place where accidents happen and communication may be needed.

I really think the Senior's watch will be a mover. A basic look at available devices for seniors leads me to believe that if we can come in at a price point close to the kid's watch we will be very competitive with devices out there of similar (or inferior) functionality in terms of performance and privacy, offering a device several hundreds of dollars cheaper than other devices on the market. Provided there is comparable functionality, many will see this as a cost effective alternative. I have spoken to a couple of seniors who don't qualify for government funded devices because they are too fit, or too young, but like the idea of a watch (rather than a pendant which is a choking hazard) and would be prepared to pay around $350 and $10 a month to run it.
