I am thinking their anticipating huge demand for the SPP, raising $3m which would be the magical 15% allowable without taking it to EGM.
If this eagerly awaited announcement is truly the best in company history. The SP will easily rise enough to make the SPP irresistible to all. If this does play out this way, I for one will be bowing my head in praise to management.
