@opteron ... What a ridiculous set of assumptions..

How about you look at history since acquiring Morilla and becoming a totally different company..

    First cap raise September 2020 $74m at 16c ... gain in 13 months 266%.

    Second cap raise June 2021 $47m (sophs + insto) at 40c ..... gain in 4 months 50%

    Third cap raise October 2021 $25m 58c ..... gain in 4months ???? 13 months ???

Why expect a different result from the past for this BOD???

Mcap upon announcement of Morilla acquisition 324m shares at 17.5c (when I initially bought in) $56.7m.
Total cap raised (so far) $121m before fees + options conversion $4.5m, total $125.5m
Mcap current ~$570m ... Total added since Morilla acquisition...$513.3m

A total of $125m of raised capital has added over $500m of Market capitalization to the company, and you begrudge another $25m, because history shows they have only been able to multiply it by a factor of 4 in around a year...

Not only has the past cap raises given $500m+ in Mcap, but also set the businesses up to be worth well North a Billion dollars within a year or 2 another lazy 100%, but there are plenty of complaints from people that think 100%+ is not good enough in a year or so, and asking for a measly $25m from existing shareholders that have done extremely well is too much!!

I wonder how many of you geniuses that sold today or talked the company down have noticed that the quarterly has not been released yet, despite the cashflow statement being released??

Do you think the company is going to release good news or bad news in it with a short term cap raise on the books?? It is probably rewarding loyal shareholders that don't panic at the first sign of something that makes their investment SAFER!!

Some of the posters here need to wake up and smell the roses, anticipating totally the opposite future performance from a BOD that has a lot to gain from success and has lots of skin in the game.

Look at how eager the buyers are lining up just a cent or 2 below the current price for anyone that wants to panic and sell a few million shares. Why are those big buy orders there if this is bad??
