I don't understand why there's so much angst over dilution. Its offered to shareholders and its only 4% if you don't take up the SPP.
It's a Christmas gift to shareholders that take it up.
If you own 100,000 shares valued at $61,000 you can take up $2,440 worth (or 4,207 shares) in order to maintain the same level percentage holding. You will probably take up more.
