Personally will not partake
A: why average up other than to maintain "parity" to SOI ?
B: the company basically has "range bound" SP during and after this SPP
Experience has taught me that certain "institutions" are going to use this for quick profit and suppress SP once shares are issued
But we all make our personal decisions and investment choices......................
