It got marked down so hard on open. LOL. Its a small raise and predominantly benefits small shareholders. There is no insto raise therefore the usual dump on cap raise is unsubstantiated. This will crawl back and won't be surprised if it closes in the green. Weak hands just gave instos more chance to pick up stock.

My guess will be the raise will be over sub and there will be scaleback. Use the chance to pick up stock low and ride the waveeeee.
