I received my share purchase plan documentation in the mail recently. It came with an updated quarterly report - same as what was released to the asx with the exception of the section concerning the Hebei Steel agreement which was missing.
It is a tough time to be trying to raise capital although there has been opportunities in recent weeks to sell above 32c in order to participate.
