Good try Stan123. BUT grossly inaccurate estimates - way under the mark.
None of us will get the $2K min.
More like $1K each, regardless of whether we send in $20K.
A bargain CR like this SGQ one gets well noticed by a wide spectrum of shareholders.
Every man, woman and their dog with an entitlement will be sending in $20K if they can get it together.
The $3.6M cap is an insult to us non-sophs. SGQ are being sent $45M by Friday 5pm. The 30% rule allows SGQ to accept $9.9M. Why not $9.9M SGQ?
I feel sorry for the true believer early applicants who put themselves out financially to put together $20K only to eventually be sent back $19K.
Come Thurs and Fri the small holding speculators will do their first and last minute assessment; read the convincing SGQ story broadcast widely, send in their $20K, and swamp all us loyal true believers down to $1K each.
The BPay needs to be closed today.
