For what it's worth I haven't been a super long term holder but I've been in at highs of 25-30 cts. Holding now at the lows and with enough shares I would have hoped to get the full 10k allocation I requested. It would be a less than fair situation if someone who had bought small amounts for day trade or recently could get as many shares as medium or long term holders...they should have structured the SPP along existing share holdings as well as time held... All IMO
