I’m hoping that they are keeping a close eye on the payments coming in and will close it once they get close to the limit, otherwise why stress that it can be closed earlier than Friday. Surely they wouldn’t want to annoy long term holders with a 1,000 allocation when they have asked for 20,000, especially when they would have to wait for the refund.
Well that’s how I would do it if I was them.
