BTW, I found out why the Automic webform for SPP did not work. If you have a HIN number given by your broker with just the last 8 digits (or even less) without X00. You need to pad it up in the front with X00 ... so that there is an X plus 10 digits altogether. They have a bad piece of code on their webform that truncates anything longer than 11 characters into exactly 11 characters and tells you that the HIN is valid but the system could not find it. This is bad programming. I have suggested to them how to fix the code but it may not be fixed in time for this SPP or the IT people may just ignore the problem.
