Excellent outcome all round!
The board did the commendable thing by offering shareholders first option which is not guaranteed when raising money and more time consuming.
The shareholders stepped up to the plate to show their support over and above what was asked of them.
The board stepped up to the plate also and gave the shareholders (remember it's mostly retail here) what they asked for over and above the $1.5m they were chasing to the tune of another $1m.
This kind of additional dilution I don't care one iota about as its for us, the retail.
I tip my hat to both the board and the shareholders for an excellent outcome in certainly challenging times in the market.
