watford, maybe I should have worded that differently, but imo I think that the SPP will most likely be oversubscribed for these reasons-
- Management would not go down this path unless they were confident of a full uptake.
- Looking at my figures or CPDLC's it will not require a full take up for it to be oversubscribed.
However the market could have a correction which may push the sp down below the 45.
