Hi - maybe I am a bit dense..........
On 6th November CTN announced a Buyback, which would have an end result of fewer shares (after cancellation of the shares bought back) and less cash in the coffers.
Now we have a share purchase plan, with the end result of more shares, and more cash in the bank (and scuttling of the share price).
Please explain!
