Why do they need to do a cap raising, they should use some of the Credit Facility they have with the Macquarie Bank as stated below:
Empire Energy implemented a US$100 million credit facility with Macquarie Bank Limited in early 2008 for the sole purpose of acquiring and developing oil and gas assets in the USA. In addition Empire Energy is currently in negotiation with a US based Energy Private Equity Fund seeking to co-invest with Imperial Corporation at the Empire Energy level.
