And therein lies the personal justification and reward that some of us feel, for alerting newcomers to discrepancies and similarities that the company keeps coming out with. Without this apparent opposition, all that could be read on MAE forum is "just you wait 'til the first week of next month"...or "you will regret not bnying at these levels"...or "if management are in and the banks are in, they must know something1!"

Wrong on all 3 points:.
1) The first week of next month has come and gone and was a hopeful arguement that cost some investors 50% of their capital, had they invested at the time it was being spruked...
2) "You DID regret buying at that level...
And
3) Management and Banks, like all investors, can be wrong all the time, just as they are up to date, no matter how much money thye have in the company.

Don't beleive that all you read that comes from the company is all that there is to read of investor usefulness.
Most of the useful stuff investors need to be informaed is indeed never sent to print by the ompany itself, but it is released through investors and speculators word of mouth. I know what has been most accurate - word of mouth that wasn't first drip-fed by a company rep.

Follow the Court Transcripts from now on and you will have an idea of how much money the next Csap Raising will be after this one...then the next...until all 15 cases are complete. There is a long way to go and a lot of money to raise before the company can truly make the wells their priority (which they think they have convinced you about already, but the truth In my mind is that all obligations/priorities are to remain listed by not being sunk by these court cases).
Where else is all your money going? Water Disposal Trucks?

Even after reading scathing remarks and after listening to
some members be abused for months on end, you would think that eventually some balance...some reiprocation might come from the abusers...something like "sorry you were right to persist with your critiques because they have all been on the mark for the last 18mths, we shouldn't have been so rude to you for helping out the newbies".

Maybe this company and posterity just don't belong together.
