One thing they have been good at, thanks mainly to the CFO, KL, is raising money - even at the height of the GFC.

Now many people, including myself, call the Directors lots of things, one thing they are not, is stupid, especially when it comes to hurting their own pocket. Little Johnny would have known the sp would immediately slump to the SPP price, its only just been holding 2.5/2.6c . They would not have wasted the considerable cost in organising a SPP if it was doomed to failure, as K,H & L repeatedly point out, they are short of cash.

As Cg pointed out, only two weeks ago, in the half yearly they said to expect significant production by the end of March - today. I can only assume this will be announced prior to April 19 & the SPP will be a success.

Funny they say it will close on April 19 OR when FULLY subscribed. Most companies doing SPPs just reserve the right to close early, but end up just doing a pro rata issue if oversubscribed. This is either wishful thinking, or they are giving their mates a chance to get in first. I don't think even the most supportive followers would put up $15k without some substantial flows announced.

Last time they did a placement everyone complained they didn't have an opportunity to participate. Now is your chance with this SPP. There must be a reason it was set at 2.2c and not a more practical 1.5c - I'll certainly be waiting for some news before I get my cheque book out.
