MAE isn't JC or KL's only job, not sure of current status but a couple years ago JC was a adirector on over half a dozen co's. Also with his $500 K alary they really have very little to loose here sure they have more to gain but its not like they will loose sleep over it like i would suggest many others would.

Also agree they aren't stupid, you would hope anyone who is a director isn't stupid but the best man for the job or competant thats another story. KL is the savior of MAE IMO. JC well thats another story.

I just dont think MAe has any more to loose it was either they go the convertible notes and dilute heaps and have selling pressure / shareholder angre or they do a SPP and hope for the best if it doesn't wor out what will they fall back to?

Its desperate measures all round its simple to see.
