Well, do what every other tom, dick and harry will be doing (sell your current holding, buy back at 12.5c) ... a big tax on non-Australasian shareholders and a bit of a joke therefore ... and a lengthy period between last day to register and time offer open = significant under-performance for the next month ... all when the share price is meant to be ramping ... ha ha I think not??
