No mention of Director's participating in the SPPlan. Normally this would be mentioned.

The capital raising at .005c was so tight (1 for 9)and now 15K at .003c if you like !

We are desperatwe for cash to set up these new networks.

Sadly it will not be very well subscribed.

Only raised 145K before closing discussions due to market conditions. The interested party got cold feet. So much for the 500K............

Anyway we can raise another 15% of issued capital if need be. Wonder how much we will have to raise after the very, very, very modest take up of the spplan.

We the shareholders own the annihilated stock price. The Director's own their corporate salaries.
Correct me if I'm wrong......but aren't Director's the winners and shareholder's the losers at this juncture ?

Or are we both being sarcastic....I'm confused ?
