Yep, agree with you both. Not buying in unless they lay something on the table. Pointless otherwise.
On another point, i know these directors own massive shares in their companies. Got me scratching my head trying to work out what the end game is. Whats the point of owning and sometimes buying if you dont make much of an effort to add value? Very odd. Sure they get their fees but it aint that hard to run a company that offers some potential and that potential being reflected in an increased SP.
