Like you all, I am at a loss with this announcement- for me I was of the understanding that GI was completely funded. Just as I was beginning to feel positive again...
For my own personal investment decision-making, I think the timing is poor (without being privy to all the factors). I would have been more enthusiastic if this announcement occurred after construction had well and truly begun.
An announcement that the CETO 4 has been deployed and connected on RI will be helpful in this decison making process.
Just venting.
