Hate to say I told you so, but have mentioned on numerous occasions that CWE would raise again before last years end...my timing was just a bit off.

The Directors should be buying on this occassion, it's a disgrace if their not.

SP has tanked unsurprisingly...so you give shareholders "value" albeit with an accompanying, and more material, destruction of value.

$8m in the bank - no need to raise cash. I really don't get this.

However, I will be participating to the max (assume $15k from memory).
