I am in two minds as to whether or not I will be participating in this one having committed heavily in the last one.

I will no doubt be having a conversation with myself right up until the closing date.

I don't disagree with the cash raising which gives current holders, possibly the last chance at getting more shares at a cheap price (I hope that one doesn't come back to bite me).
