    I am confident management have a plan in regard to timing and news flow.

    Not sure if they will be able to make your financial decision a sure thing though . The over subscriptions from sophs may well cover what the retail does not .

    Any problem with regard to FDA and start up will surely hurt , that is the market risk .

    Left field announcements could come into play .
