You may be right wimichie, they have absolute and sole discretion as to what to do if there is demand over $15M, guess that could include closing off early.
I was going to sell my current holding today at $1+ and rebuy $15K worth at 86c but I see amongst the conditions for a scale back is the size of the applicant's current shareholding - hence I'm not selling any as I might miss out on the spp, might mean others who were going to do the same will hold until 19 Feb and we may see a bit of a price jump over the next week as demand exceeds supply?
