Big wigs who took stock at 23c? (which was around 3c above market at the time) will be putting their hand up to average down IMO.
Nice move. All existing shareholders are offered stock and choose not to take it and remaining said stock is placed to those same big wigs. Question is, at what price?
Management (again IMO) will have already done their deal and I don't believe they'll be gifting this stock to anyone.
I reckon once again, it'll be at a premium to market price at the time.
This is my speculative calculation and the reason I bought 200k yesterday at 16c and 15c.
