The last SPP raised $1mill @ approx. 12cents/ share from 225 shareholders and that was considered as well received!! even after 2 extensions to the closing date ! Perhaps there are some newbies out there that can be tapped given it is 4 years since the last attempt. It will be interesting to see how well this SPP is received @ $0.0175 or approximately 85% discount to the last SPP, and what will happen if it is not well received!
