Looks like a desperate bid to suck even more limited funds out of unsuspecting shareholders. It didn't work well in the past and I can't see it working now. I can't believe shareholders will fall for this one. The company is on a downward slide with other mining companies waiting for a bargain at the fire sale from the eventual receivers. My thoughts only, DYOR.
